Its activities include training, research and consultancy in the areas of technological innovation for buildings, with particular reference to the issues of management, organizational and maintenance related to the redevelopment and enhancement of the real estate, the real estate development, services to buildings (Facility and Property Management) and real estate investment strategies (Asset Management).
Member of the faculty in Real Estate of the School of Management MIP -Politecnico di Milano.
Co-founder of BRaVe management and Technology – spin off of the Politecnico di Milano.
Member of the advisory boards of Real Estate Funds (SGR).
Author of several scientific and popular publications on the sector of facility e property management.
